The organization needed a cohesive content operations strategy capable of supporting rapid audience growth across multiple channels while maintaining brand consistency, content quality, and operational efficiency. Became first line of review for all visual content, ensuring designers use correct colors, fonts, and image styles before publication.

Built a highly engaged community system that grew to 20,000 members and fed the email list.
